Who We Are Membership in Democrats for Life of America, Inc., (DFLA), is open to all members of the Democratic Party who value the life of the unborn child. The California chapter is affiliated with the national organization and is commited to achieving its goals. Membership in the California Chapter is included when Californians join DFLA.
